Key Responsibilities
* To provide a developmentally appropriate program for children in partnership with other educators, families and children
* An ability to plan, reflect, work and manage time effectively with minimal supervision
* A deep understanding of early childhood development and its principles
* To assist in the implementation of a child-safe environment
