This role is within our 3PL Warehousing as the Outbound Supervisor in our Dandenong South Facility Supervise your team to ensure: Ensure pre-start check is undertaken before use of forklift and other equipment certifying the equipment is in good working order. Operate forklifts and other machinery safely and in accordance with policies and procedures. 3PL Experience Review consignment notes and provide feedback to Supervisors on quality/issues. Match freight and connotes no miss-sorted or miss-loaded freight. Report all incidents of damage, shortages, split consignments, etc. to the supervisor in a timely manner. Record dunnage as per procedure and ensure load restraint equipment is correctly allocated. Ensure the yard is kept organised and tidy. Work toward a target of zero near-miss incidents or accidents. Any other reasonable tasks or projects as requested by your manager.
