Qualifications
* A passion for customers
* A desire to work within an agile team environment
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with a high attention to detail and quality
* Experience in a customer service role within a service‐based role including (but not limited to) Contact Centre, Retail, Hospitality, Aged Care, Childcare
* Computer literacy
