Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer‐focused professional to deliver exceptional service to our consumer brand customers and retailers. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about helping customers, resolving enquiries, and contributing to a positive customer‐centric culture. As a Customer Service Consultant, you will provide friendly service, resolving customer enquiries via our phone and digital channels.

Responsibilities

* Resolve customer queries received via customer service channels including phone and digital channels; Email, Web, Social, and Voice of Customer in line with guidelines and standard operating procedures
* Provide expert customer support promoting an excellent customer experience and brand advocacy
* Work collaboratively with the team to achieve common goals
* Participate in customer service initiatives that drive an improved customer experience

Qualifications

* A passion for Customers
* A desire to work within a dynamic team environment
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with a high attention to detail and quality
* Experience in a customer service role within a service‐based role including (but not limited to) Contact Centre, Retail, Hospitality, Aged Care, Childcare
* Computer literacy
