We need an Assistant Retail Store Manager who is operationally sharp enough to handle the pace and customer-focused enough to never let the experience slip. What You'll Do
* Support the Store Leader in driving sales and KPI results by leading from the floor and delivering exceptional, customer-first experiences.
* Coach, motivate and develop the team through regular feedback, on the job training and role modelling Lorna Jane service standards.
* Maintain high operational standards by supporting stock management, VM execution and daily store routines.
* Live and breathe the Lorna Jane brand, inspiring the team and customers through Active Living advocacy both in store and within the local community.
