About The Department
Alfred Health Pharmacy is well recognised for high quality and innovative patient-focused services, education and training programmes as well as significant research output. The service operates over 4 sites within Alfred Health, and continually advocates for postgraduate learning and research interests, with supportive partnerships and expert mentors available to foster staff development.
The department also has a leading Digital Health strategy, playing a pivotal role in managing the electronic medication management system within our comprehensive electronic medical record.
About The Team
The Pharmacy Digital Health team is an integral part of the pharmacy department as a whole and critical to the functioning of the broader Alfred Health network. Comprising a mixture of pharmacists, business analysts and technical experts, the PDH team has responsibilities spanning across all clinical information systems with medication components.
About The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated pharmacist with experience in clinical informatics to join our Pharmacy Digital Health leadership team. As Senior Pharmacist – Digital Health, you will work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve the best medication management outcomes for individual patients.

* Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a highly effective team highly desirable
Qualifications & Experience Required
* Registered pharmacist in Australia
* Experience in clinical pharmacy in a hospital setting highly desirable
* Experience in Clinical Informatics highly desirable
* Relevant post-graduate qualifications desirable
* Excellent skills in Information Technology
