About the Role

Depending on your experience, your role may include:
* Prospecting through database calls, door knocking and local marketing
* Booking and assisting with property appraisals and open homes
* Managing buyer and vendor communications
* Preparing marketing materials and campaign schedules
* Conducting inspections and handling enquiries
* Supporting or leading listings and negotiations
* Ensuring a smooth sales process from appraisal to settlement

* Licensed or registered, eager to learn
* Strong communicator with curiosity and grit

* Local knowledge or willingness to immerse
If you're already listing & selling (Level 2)
You know what you're doing but want active support and coaching to get to the next level...
* Registered or licensed, experienced in sales
* Minimum 1 year of real estate sales experience required
* Can manage listings and negotiations with guidance

* Consistently writing GCI above MITA ($61,280 p.a.)
