**About our Client**
Our Client is a dynamic organisation. Their forward thinking finance team have requested our assistance to identify talented Office Assistant (Part Time), to join a busy Finance and Business Services Team.
**About your role as the Office Assistant**
Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, you will work in a small but mighty and dedicated team handing the following activities:
- Coordinate requests and repairs for minor repairs with the Department's Facilities team.
- Manage office configurations and related change requests, including setting up desks and tech for new starters
- Management of booking requests for car parking and fleet vehicles
- Obtain quotes for all office property related matters including entering of invoices into SAP
**As the Finance Officer, you will**
- Demonstrate experience in a similar role, such as office manager, office assistant or property officer/manager
- Be enthusiastic, proactive and solutions-focussed
- Have strong customer service and communication skills
