Job Title: Purchasing Expertise Sought
We are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to manage the onboarding of suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
* Prepare quotes and orders from suppliers to guarantee delivery, quality, and corporate KPIs are achieved.
* Evaluate technical drawings to determine suitable suppliers and initiate generation of supplier RFQ's in ERP-Oracle isupplier.
* Evaluate repair quotes and teardown reports
* Evaluate/award quotations received from suppliers ensuring Corporate requirements are satisfied
* Manage supplier performance and drive resolution where required
Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will have procurement experience within the Defence industry, strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, and the ability to read or learn technical drawings.
