Job Title: Dining Hall Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and skilled Dining Hall Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dining hall. The successful candidate will have previous experience in a senior role in a high-volume dining environment, with strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and follow-through.
Key Responsibilities:
* Action Planning: Create and maintain Action Plans and Procedures for the Dining Hall.
* Culinary Service: Service of camp menu.
* Staff Management: Work with the Manager of Food and Beverage Services and Head Chef to order supplies and set schedules.
Requirements: To be successful as a Dining Hall Manager, you will need excellent supervisory and counseling skills, a passion for putting people first, and a sense of humor. You should also have strong people and presentation skills, patience, and self-control.
Working Environment:
The Dining Hall Manager will work closely with the Head Chef to deliver meals consistent with input from the Camp Director and Food and Beverage Services Manager.
