Our Industry Operations Team at TikTok formulates industry strategies and identifies growth opportunities across the APAC region.
They deliver industry-specific solutions, nurture accounts through high-touch client service, and support brands in achieving their marketing and business objectives.
The team collaborates across functions to provide holistic solutions involving product knowledge, vertical expertise, and market insights.
Responsibilities include:
Serving as a consultant to clients and internal stakeholders, focusing on product adoption, strategy, and optimization to link marketing objectives with business goals.
Keeping updated with product developments, market trends, and competitor activities to advise clients and internal teams.
Building Test & Learn plans utilizing Measurement solutions across full-funnel strategies.
Driving adoption of Pixels, MMPs, TikTok Shop where applicable.
Creating narratives, workshops, and business reviews to educate and upskill clients.
Establishing TikTok's value as part of clients' media and communication strategies.
Account Management, Campaign Management & Reporting
Managing and growing post-sale relationships with brands and agencies, steering account growth.
Reviewing media plans, monitoring campaign performance, and providing optimization suggestions.
Handling content and performance objectives to support revenue attainment.
Analyzing data and providing insights and actionable steps in reports and audits.
Prioritizing tasks based on urgency and impact in collaboration with Brand Partnerships Managers.
Stakeholder Management & Revenue Impact
Building trusting relationships with internal and external teams to ensure account growth.
Understanding the scope of cross-functional teams and engaging appropriately.
Pushing product adoption, programs, and packages aligned with company priorities.
Tracking revenue impact of client activities and sharing learnings across teams.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Experience in account management or client services roles within digital marketing, with knowledge of digital media platforms and KPIs.
Understanding of digital media and marketing landscape; experience in FMCG or Tech industries is a plus.
Experience managing branding and performance advertisers across multiple markets.
Proficiency in Thinkcell, Excel, dashboarding, or similar tools; detail-oriented and analytical.
Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with CPAS, Shopping Ads, E-commerce marketing.
Experience with ad measurement verification partners (IAS, DV, MOAT).
Experience with Mobile Measurement Partners and Pixel setup.
Experience in building strategic programs for education and product adoption.
Technical problem-solving skills with product and engineering teams.
