**Reservations Sales Agent**

**About the role**:
Based at Sea World Resort you will facilitate room availability and hotel rates via Opera PMS ensuring data integrity and accuracy in all tasks.
**Duties**:
- Coordinate room revenue on a daily, monthly and annual basis
- Allocate guest room bookings
- Liaise with travel agents and the Front Office team regarding booking discrepancies
- Coordinate group reservation enquiries received from inbound tour operators and conference delegates
- Maintain the reservations inbox and input reservations received by third party agents
- Assist the Front Office team on the front desk to check-in and check-out guests as well as provide hotel information as required
**Skills and Experience**:
- Front Office reception and/or reservations experience required
- Demonstrated experience in maximizing room revenue and yield management required
- Experience with Opera PMS and TravelClick highly regarded
- Available to work on any day including weekends, public holidays and school holidays
