Supporting the Leadership Team

You'll assist with recruitment activities including screening, reference checks, and onboarding, ensuring a smooth and compliant process. You'll also coordinate training and development initiatives, promote a culture of safety, inclusion, and high performance across all departments, and monitor team productivity and workforce planning.
About This Role:
* Partner with the leadership team to support performance conversations, employee development, and workplace relations
* Assist with recruitment activities including screening, reference checks, and onboarding

* Ensure compliance with hotel policies, employment legislation, and contribute to monthly reporting requirements
About You:
* A relevant qualification in Human Resources or a related field is highly regarded
* Previous HR experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is highly valued
* A sound understanding of the Australian industrial relations landscape and award interpretation
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive working relationships across all levels of the business
* Solid organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
* Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
