Your Responsibilities
* Consult with clients to define OT networking requirements and scope of works.
* Lead the design, development and implementation of secure industrial network solutions aligned with recognised cybersecurity standards.
* Oversee commissioning and validation of network architectures, ensuring robust security and operational reliability.
* Provide ongoing technical support and guidance to customers on OT networking best practice.
* Promote and uphold a strong HSEQ‐focused culture across all projects.
This role offers flexibility to be based at any of our offices nationally.
Experience and Skills
* Extensive experience in industrial OT networking, including design and configuration of networks using fibre, copper and wireless technologies.
* Strong understanding of secure architecture principles and industry standards for OT environments.
* Knowledge of network design and configuration, including integration of legacy devices and specialised routing protocols.
* Familiarity with industrial cybersecurity frameworks and compliance requirements.
* Current Australian driver's licence.
The Successful Applicant Will Have
* A Bachelor's degree in Software, Electronic or Network Engineering (or related discipline).
* IEC * certification (or equivalent industry‐recognised credential).
* CISCO CCNA certification (or higher).
* Hands‐on experience with OT cybersecurity solutions such as Claroty, Nozomi, Darktrace, Dragos or Waterfall.
* Solid stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
