Warehouse Co-ordinator / Digital Assistant
WAREHOUSE COORDINATOR / DIGITAL ASSISTANT
(Permanent Part-Time - 4 Days)
Bedouin Traders is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented team member to join our Noosa warehouse. This hybrid role blends hands-on warehouse coordination with digital and e-commerce support. The ideal candidate will be analytical, highly organised, and confident working independently, with excellent computer skills and ease with digital systems, as well as an appreciation for aesthetics and design.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse & Inventory
Coordinate daily warehouse operations including receiving, unpacking, and organising new arrivals.
Oversee the replenishment of stock to stores quickly and accurately.
Manage order fulfilment — pick, pack, and dispatch online orders to brand standards.
Deliver stock between warehouse and boutique using the company van.
Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stocktakes, investigations, and reporting.
Liaise with managers to implement appropriate actions for any stock shortfalls.
Support loss prevention and ensure stock is stored and presented correctly.
Digital & E-Commerce
Support the remote Digital Coordinator with product management — uploads, descriptions, imagery, and tagging.
Assist with ongoing online store maintenance, ensuring products are accurately represented, collections remain current, and sold items are removed promptly.
Manage the customer care inbox — handling quotes, refunds, new orders, freight requests, and general enquiries with superb communication.
Troubleshoot inventory discrepancies between the warehouse and digital platforms.
Contribute to the smooth operation of Shopify and Retail Express (training provided if required).
Liaise confidently with boutique staff, suppliers, the business manager, and the remote digital team.
Provide timely updates on stock, deliveries, and order issues.
Uphold brand values and aesthetic in all communication and execution.
About You
Exceptionally strong computer skills — fast, confident, and highly competent from years of daily use.
Excellent written and verbal communication, with a natural ability to deliver clear and warm customer care.
Proficient with Google Drive, Excel, e-commerce platforms, and inbox management.
Quick to learn new inventory and e-commerce systems.
Previous experience in warehouse coordination, stock management, or e-commerce support.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
Physically comfortable handling stock, moving boxes, and setting up displays.
Retail Express experience highly regarded; Shopify knowledge a plus.
Current driver's licence (required for deliveries).
Self-motivated, reliable, and confident working autonomously.
