Administrative Support Professional
This role involves providing administrative support to staff and management, ensuring the smooth operation of an office environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, coordinating meetings and events, maintaining records, and performing administrative tasks as required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing daily operations, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities
* Coordinating meetings, booking conference rooms, and arranging travel
* Maintaining records, including organizing and maintaining files, records, and databases
* Providing administrative support to staff and management, including preparing documents, scheduling appointments, and handling inquiries
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and other office management software
* Prior experience in an administrative or office support role
* Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Able to speak and write English fluently
* Typing skills of 45-75 words per minute
