We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Training Specialist - Learning Design to join the Learning, Capability and Compliance team.

Your new role
Reporting to the Superintendent of Learning Design, Development and Delivery, this role offers a great opportunity to apply your technical training expertise to the development of eLearning and nationally accredited training programs.
As a pivotal member of the team, you will be entrusted with a range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:
* Design and develop learning manuals and assessments aligned to National Units of Competency.
* Create engaging eLearning modules and digital learning products.
* Develop and maintain Asset-owned training materials as required.
* Demonstrate instructional design experience in competency-based learning and eLearning development.
What you will need to succeed
* Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and sites
* Advanced writing skills and capability to update controlled documents to company standards
* Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset
* High level of attention to detail and proficiency with Microsoft Office
* Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (required)
* Previous experience as a Trainer Assessor or within an operational technical environment in the resources sector is highly regarded
