Theatre Technician Role
We are seeking a skilled Theatre Technician to join our team. As a Theatre Technician, you will be responsible for providing quality service with patient care, equipment handling and transport services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting clinicians and team members with patient preparation
* Preparing and maintaining operating suite equipment
* Providing safe patient transport within the operating suite and interdepartmental transfers
Requirements:
* Certificate III Theatre Technician qualification and above
* Minimum 12 months clinical experience as a theatre technician in an acute operating theatre
* Clear understanding and use of medical terminology
* Understanding of, and ability to set-up medical devices
