This role will be responsible for establishing and implementing engineering standards, managing budgets and contracts, and ensuring technical accuracy and compliance throughout all phases of the project. You will lead project delivery in collaboration with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders—including the Pilbara Ports Authority—to ensure the successful execution of construction packages, risk mitigation, and alignment with BCI’s values and operational objectives. Strong leadership is key, with responsibilities including mentoring the Marine Projects team, ensuring high-performance culture, and upholding safety, quality, and regulatory standards.This is an opportunity to play a key role in Australia’s largest salt project, delivering impactful infrastructure in a dynamic and challenging environment.About You:We are seeking a degree-qualified engineer with over 10 years of experience in delivering complex port-related developments. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of dredging operations and dredge services contracts, along with advanced commercial acumen and a proven track record in managing large capital projects, including budget planning and cash flow management.
