Indigeco is supporting a NSW Government Department to source experienced Business Analysts and Test Analysts for major digital transformation projects in justice services. These roles will contribute to digital product delivery, service improvement and ongoing enhancement of the Probate and PCO systems.
Business Analyst - 8 roles Salary: $750 to $892.87 per day
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, support and deliver business analysis activities for digital product teams.
* Review and document business objectives, current processes and required changes.
* Engage with stakeholders to clarify requirements and support informed decision‑making.
* Develop project artefacts such as specifications, implementation plans and UAT support.
* Translate technical information into plain language for non‑technical audiences.
* Support continuous improvement, monitoring and evaluation of business analysis activities.
Key Requirements:
* 5+ years Business Analyst experience in complex digital or government environments.
* Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall or Scrum methodologies.
* Experience with Jira, Confluence and SharePoint.
* Proven stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
* Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high‑quality documentation.
Test Analyst - 3 roles Salary: $700 to $776.41 per day
Key Responsibilities:
* Create test plans, test scripts and acceptance criteria based on business requirements.
* Perform system and integration testing for new or enhanced features.
* Support automation testing, including preparing test cases for regression suites.
* Identify defects, report findings and assist with retesting.
* Work closely with developers, product teams and business stakeholders.
* Provide testing estimates and support Agile sprint delivery.
Key Requirements:
* Experience in system, integration and automation testing.
* ISTQB certification preferred.
* Experience using Jira, Confluence, SoapUI, Postman, SQL or similar tools.
* Experience with automation tools such as Selenium or QT.
* Ability to interpret requirements and ensure accurate test coverage.
