About The Client

What You Will Be Doing
As a Site Engineer, you will support the delivery of construction projects by applying your experience, industry knowledge, and project management skills. Your responsibilities include providing technical advice, assisting with planning, reviewing designs, and ensuring work complies with safety standards, specifications, and timelines. You will collaborate with project managers, supervisors, subcontractors, and clients, monitor site safety, and assist with procurement.
What You Will Need
To succeed in this role, you need at least two years of project delivery experience within the water or wastewater industry in South East Queensland. Experience in construction or engineering environments is essential, focusing on coordinating subcontractors, reviewing designs, and supporting on-site project planning. A strong understanding of health and safety standards, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach are required. You should be available on-site at least three days per week.
Responsibilities
1. Assist with reviewing and finalizing construction drawings and designs.
2. Monitor site progress and report on project performance.
3. Ensure project documentation, handovers, and reporting are completed accurately.
4. Promote a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the team.
