**THE OPPORTUNITY**

Reporting to the **Training Supervisor - Content Development Specialist**, you will play an integral part in development, implementation and evaluation of organisational development strategies, programs and initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the organisation.

This is a permanent full-time position that operates on a 5/2 (corporate office), 5/2 (corporate office) and 4/3 roster to site.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Implement and maintain comprehensive leadership development programs tailored to address specific skill gaps and leadership competencies.
- Partner with leaders and the wider Pilbara Minerals team to identify areas of opportunity for improvement within the organisation and develop strategies and interventions to address them.
- Conduct cultural assessments, stakeholder analysis and other diagnostic activities to identify gaps and opportunities for development within the organisation.
- Develop, implement and evaluate change management plans to support organisational change initiatives.
- Design team building programs and other group processes to improve team performance and alignment.
- Conduct assessments and provide feedback to individuals and teams on their performance, strengths, and areas for development.
- Provide coaching, feedback and support to leaders and employees on personal and professional development.
- Advise the business on performance assessment mechanisms for its workforce
- Develop and maintain metrics to track the effectiveness of organisational development initiatives, and use data to drive continuous improvement.
- Employ an evidence-based approach, utilising research and data to make recommendations and implement improvements that enhance the effectiveness of solutions and organisational outcome

**ABOUT YOU**
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Psychology, Organisational Development, or related field and/or extensive experience in organisational development, preferably in a large, complex technical organisation.
- Knowledge of organisational development principles and practices, including change management, talent management, leadership development, and employee engagement.
- Proven ability to think strategically and innovatively, whilst considering organisational impacts
- Proven experience designing and developing training programs and facilitating group processes.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to a variety of audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
