About You:

* A proven track record in talent acquisition and leadership, encompassing 5+ years in talent acquisition or recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

* Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.

* Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment tools, and data analytics.

* Commitment to fostering diversity, inclusion, and high-performing talent pipelines.

* Understanding of employment laws and recruitment best practices.

* Leadership and mentoring skills.
