We are a boutique operator specialising in private, high-end wine and adventure journeys across South Australia. Our experiences are intimate, immersive, and designed to showcase the very best of South Australia's wine regions.
About the Role
We have two roles available.
One based in Adelaide City; servicing Adelaide City, Adelaide Hills and Barossa.
One based in Barossa; servicing Barossa.
You will host our guests on curated experiences through South Australia's wine regions. Exploring world-class wineries, hidden estates, and connecting guests with remarkable local stories and people. A fully maintained touring vehicle will be provided to the successful applicants.
We are seeking knowledgeable, authentic and engaging guides to join our close-knit team. The successful applicants will need to bring warmth and knowledge to each journey while delivering exceptional service at every touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities
● Host private, luxury tours across South Australia's wine regions.
● Share engaging insights into South Australia's local wine, food, history and culture.
● Build genuine connections with our guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.
● Liaise with partners, wineries and restaurants to provide updates on the day and ensure a seamless itinerary.
● Uphold the highest standards of service, presentation and care.
About You
● Background in tourism, hospitality, or guiding.
● Warm, confident communicator with excellent storytelling skills.
● Knowledge of South Australian wine and food.
● Current driver's licence (Driver accreditation a bonus).
● Flexible, professional and attentive to detail.
● Passionate about people, culture and authentic experiences.
