Overview
Site Manager – Full Time. Location: Penrith, Hawkesbury. Salary: $95,000 plus 12% superannuation. Location outside of PENRITH NSW. Mostly Monday to Friday with no late hospitality hours. This is a vacancy for a Site Manager to join the team in the Senior Living sector. A key role in the business, providing hands-on leadership in partnership with the client to deliver sustainable results and exceed customer and client expectations. The role focuses on the management of Hotel Services in a family-friendly environment.
Responsibilities
* Oversee in-unit budgets and report on P&L.
* Maintain awareness of nutrition, healthy eating, allergens and dietary requirements.
* Ensure all OH&S compliance is achieved and environmental impact is minimised.
* Maintain current food and labour controls in line with onsite budgets.
* Deliver service that comes from the heart and is served with a smile.
* Work in close partnership with the client to provide hands-on leadership.
The Person / Qualifications
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Experience in a similar role or as a Catering Manager or Hotel Services Manager.
* Excellent knowledge of allergens and dietary requirements.
* Attention to detail and strong time management.
* Intermediate computer literacy.
