My client is seeking to recruit an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a large People & Culture team to own best practice recruitment processes across a senior portfolio.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Manage end to end recruitment activity across a senior portfolio, with a focus on candidate care and building integral stakeholder relationships
* Execute advanced sourcing strategies and conduct market mapping activities to ensure effective pipelining for future roles
* Advise on market conditions and internal processes to ensure processes are set up for success
* Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders up to executive level
* Execution of compliant contracts, onboarding documents, and pre-employment checks
* Attend recruitment events and career expo's
* Mentor junior team members and act as an escalation point
* Monitor continuous improvement activities
About you:
* Minimum 5 - 7 years of recruitment experience
* Strong corporate, white collar or technical recruitment experience
* Ability to conduct strategic recruitment activities and market research
* Qualification in HR, business or related discipline
