About the Role
As a Registered Nurse at Uniting, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional person-centred care to our residents. Your clinical expertise and compassionate approach will ensure that each resident receives the highest standard of care tailored to their individual needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and oversee clinical care within the household model
* Develop, deliver, and evaluate individual care plans
* Liaise with medical and allied health professionals, and advocate for residents' needs
* Supervise and mentor Personal Care Workers
* Use your clinical judgment and decision-making skills to ensure best-practice care
* Promote and maintain evidence-based nursing practice and compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards

* Above-award pay rates (up to $51.15 p/h) and maximum allowable salary packaging to pay less tax (additional $18,550 tax-free plus regional benefits plus parking)

Essential Criteria
* Current AHPRA registration and a Bachelor of Nursing degree
* Experience in aged care, community care, or the wider health sector
* Ability to work collaboratively and embody Uniting's values: compassionate, respectful, imaginative, and bold
* Commitment to contemporary aged care practice
