HR Transformation – Payroll Business Analyst
EY is recruiting for the HR Transformation – Payroll Business Analyst role in Australia.
The opportunity involves delivering HR transformation services and implementing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) solutions for clients across diverse sectors.

Responsibilities
Create innovative insights for clients, adapting methods and practices to fit project needs.
Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment between HR/Payroll and technical teams.
Analyse and enhance HCM and Payroll systems and HR/Payroll processes to identify improvement opportunities and optimise service delivery models.
Support program streams, including technical, functional, testing, change management, and training teams, by documenting processes and creating design specifications.
Lead requirements gathering workshops and solution demonstrations, engaging stakeholders from operational teams to C-suite executives.
Qualifications
A relevant Degree or Qualification in Business/Commerce, HR, HR Technology or Information Systems.
Experience with HR/Payroll systems (preferably SAP SuccessFactors) and HR/Payroll processes including process review, analysis and design.
Understanding of Payroll Technology-related business challenges and how to improve people and business experience.
Experience in Workforce Management projects to enhance business functionality and overall performance.
Experience working in diverse teams and/or project management on large projects.
Consulting experience desirable, including ability to engage clients and colleagues at all levels and facilitate client discussions and workshops.
Proven ability to manage stakeholders and relationships effectively.
