Job Overview
This role is focused on ensuring Health, Safety and Environmental compliance within our projects. You will review project documentation to guarantee adherence to UK regulations and best practices.
Your Responsibilities
1. Review project documentation including HSE Plans, Risk Assessments, and COSHH assessments to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
2. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure effective communication on HSE-related matters.
3. Support site visits across the UK to conduct HSE inspections and audits.
4. Participate in risk assessments to identify potential hazards and develop control measures.
5. Assist in investigating safety incidents and contribute to root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Your Profile
* You have recently graduated with a degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or related field) or a similar technical discipline.
* You are passionate about Health, Safety & Environment and eager to learn about regulations, risk management, and compliance.
* Previous experience through internships, student projects, or 1-2 years in HSE or engineering is an advantage but not required.
* You have strong communication skills and enjoy working in a collaborative environment.
* You are willing to travel within the UK for site visits and audits.
* You are organized, detail-oriented, and ready to take initiative in a supportive team setting.
