Nelson Tasman Perinatal Support Charitable Trust Clinical Leader 20 hours per week (with scope for extra as needed) For more than three decades, Nelson Tasman Perinatal Support, formerly Perinatal Support Nelson, has walked alongside women and whānau across our region, offering in home counselling support, professional one on one counselling, and delivering therapeutic group programmes that honour each family's unique journey. We're now seeking a Part‐time Clinical Leader who shares our heart for this mahi, to lead and coordinate this vital service.
In this role, you'll oversee service delivery, support our volunteers, and ensure our clinical practice remains safe, ethical, and grounded in compassion for parents experiencing antenatal and postnatal anxiety, depression, and distress. We are open to flexible hours and job‐sharing, so we'd love to hear from you if you have:
* A qualification in counselling, social work, or a related health field
* Experience in perinatal distress or wider mental health challenges
* Strong administration and communication skills
* An understanding of bicultural practice and health promotion
* Confidence working independently with excellent time management
* Confidence using computers, email, office tools, and basic social media
