We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Companion to join our team.
The successful candidate will provide high-quality care to residents, supporting their independence and improving their quality of life through activities that include daily living assistance, personal hygiene, meal support, general mobility, and laundry. They will also advocate for residents' needs, fostering skills and encouraging engagement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Certificate III in Aged Care, Home and Community Care, or Disability Support, or an equivalent qualification
* Experience with technology, including smartphones, tablets, and laptops
* Confidence to satisfy relevant probity checks
* NDIS Workers Screening or willingness to obtain
