As an Electronics/Communications Technician Instructor/Facilitator you will report to the CAE Senior Instructor. Utilising methods such as face-to-face, blended learning, eLearning, emulators, and part-task trainers, you will deliver a range of courses from the PSTC suite of training including but not limited to: Naval Afloat and terrestrial Communications equipment Naval Electronic Equipment Naval Command and control systems. Your responsibilities include providing pre- and post-course support, conducting assessments, and generating reports. Description Ensure training delivery aligns with Navy policy and procedures, including Trainee Progress Management (TPM). Provide pre- and post-course support, conduct assessments, and generate reports. Contribute to training development processes and implement approved changes to learning packages. Maintain relevance and currency of training materials to meet learning outcomes and competencies. Minimum Qualifications Certificate III in Electronics and Communications or similar Cert IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116/TAE40122). Experience delivering technical training in a Defence or similar environment. Strong understanding of Navy operational procedures and training standards. Ability to use blended learning techniques and simulation tools effectively. Excellent communication and assessment skills. Ability to obtain/maintain an Australian Defence Security Clearance – must be an AU Citizen! Ability to work on-site, 5 days a week at Randwick Barracks Preferred Qualifications Experience in training development and learning package maintenance. Background in Naval Defence instructional roles or equivalent technical training positions.
