Job Description: The Facility Management Site Manager oversees the maintenance team responsible for HVAC equipment, electrical systems, firefighting systems, fire alarm systems, plumbing activities, and carpentry activities. Key responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and leading the operation and maintenance of mechanical and electrical utilities such as HVAC equipment, diesel generators, and UPS. Additionally, the manager supervises executing maintenance plans concerning periodic, preventive, and corrective activities, and issues monthly reports on trouble tickets and preventive maintenance during the month.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
* 5+ years of experience in facility management or a related field
* Excellent English language skills (Speaking and Writing)
