We have state-of-the-art theatre facilities, a catheterization laboratory, separate onsite day site surgery facilities as well as newly implemented robotic surgery involving the da Vinci Surgical System.
Delivering exceptional patient care, demonstrating a level of skill in clinical decision making and hands-on care is essential. You will also deliver appropriate and accurate application of clinical assessment procedures to evaluate medical health status to identify and apply timely care intervention for best patient outcomes.
Key requirements for this role include:
* Relevant qualifications and Registration with AHPRA
* At least 2 years' experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital setting with relevant Cath Lab or Cardiac experience
* Relevant postgraduate qualifications will be highly regarded although not essential
* Proven clinical competency and the ability to maintain the highest standards of nursing care
* Effective communication and clinical problem solving skills to maximise patient care outcomes
* Knowledge and commitment to continuous improvement of health care and nursing practice
