Overview
Wilmar Group is seeking a motivated and collaborative Junion – Mid .NET Developer to join our Business Applications team in Queensland.
This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their career, working across modern and legacy systems while contributing to meaningful business solutions.
Reporting into the Technical Lead, Emerging Technologies, you'll play a key role across the full application lifecycle—from design and development through to support and optimisation. You'll work closely with key stakeholders and IT colleagues to deliver high-quality solutions across .NET, Angular and SQL Server environments.
Based in Brisbane or Townsville
What You'll Do
* Design, develop and support applications across .NET, Angular and SQL Server
* Partner with business stakeholders to analyse requirements and deliver fit-for-purpose solutions
* Troubleshoot and resolve system issues while supporting ongoing optimisation
* Contribute to system integration using Web APIs and web services
* Support and enhance existing applications, including legacy systems
* Participate in the full SDLC, ensuring adherence to IT governance, testing and deployment standards
* Assist with technical documentation and provide user support and training where required
* Collaborate with team members, contributing to a high-performing and knowledge-sharing environment
What You'll Bring
* 3–5 years' experience across the .NET technology stack (C# full-stack)
* Exposure to system integration (Web APIs, web services)
* Understanding of Agile (Scrum) methodologies
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Clear communication skills and a collaborative, team-first mindset
* Experience with Azure DevOps or Octopus Deploy (advantageous)
Experience & Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
* Microsoft certifications (or similar) are well regarded
