The successful Nursery Practitioner will play a key role in delivering high-quality early education, fostering curiosity, creativity, and confidence in young children through meaningful learning experiences. What You'll Need
* A Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent)
* Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
* Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding practices
* A warm, nurturing, and child-centred approach to education and care
* Excellent teamwork, communication, and organisational skills

Key Responsibilities
* Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for children to learn and grow
* Plan and implement age‑appropriate, creative activities that support developmental goals
* Build positive, open relationships with children, parents, and carers
* Monitor and record children's progress, contributing to learning journals and assessments
* Support the smooth day‑to‑day running of the room and wider nursery
* Maintain a high standard of care, hygiene, and safeguarding at all times
