Role
You will be reporting to the Director. The role is for a senior project manager or potentially a project manager to deliver strategy, provide guidance across contracting partnerships, procurement, contract management and to provide advice and guidance to the client. The role includes (but not limited to) assisting with design management, tender phase documentation and assessment, construction supervision, project claims and certification, project administration, contract administration including superintending, and stakeholder management. Strong communication and writing skills (formal & informal) are required, as well as collaboration with colleagues and line managers, design development and project delivery.

* Construction – superintendency, project claims and certification, reporting and contract administration

* Contract administration including Superintending

* Strong communication and writing skills (formal & informal)
* Collaborating with colleagues and line managers
* Design development & project delivery
About you / Qualifications
* A relevant tertiary qualification
* Consultancy experience preferred
* Team collaboration is a must
* 5-7+ years project management/development experience preferable
* Knowledge of retail and education sectors preferred
* Architecture, engineering or quantity surveying experience is ideal
* Ability to work proactively and autonomously
* Experience working with design teams, tender and procurement processes and a sound understanding of construction contract administration
* High attention to detail and organisational skills to ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship management skills
* Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
* Proven ability to problem solve and remain calm under pressure on complex projects
