We’re growing, and we’re on the hunt for a Melbourne based Business Development Manager (BDM) to help take our property marketing products to even more real estate professionals across Victoria.
This role is remote-first with the flexibility to work from wherever you’re most productive within Victoria. We catch up in person when it counts – team days, key meetings, and strategy sessions and you will likely have some in office meetings around Vic

The Role
As our Melbourne BDM, you’ll be the face of Little Hinges in VIC —showcasing our tech, closing deals, and growing our community of raving-fan clients.
This is a role for someone who’s energised by growth and isn’t afraid to hustle smart. You’ll be blending the art of consultative sales with a solid understanding of lead funnels, and how agents win listings and convert leads.
What You'll Be Doing:
Driving Growth : Build and manage a solid sales pipeline using our data, your network, outreach strategies, and your sharp instincts
Leading Presentations & Workshops : Show real estate professionals how our tech helps them list, rent, and sell faster.
Consultative Sales : Identify client pain points and pitch tailored solutions that genuinely solve problems.
Collaboration with the Team : Work closely with our internal techs and onboarding teams to ensure new clients hit the ground running.
Have proven B2B sales or new business development experience
Can confidently present in front of a room full of agents (or just one—either way, you bring the energy).
Are self-motivated, goals-driven, and LOVE the thrill of a deal done right.
Are SEQ-based (or willing to be).
Have experience in or around PropTech, PM teams, or agency sales is a must.
Bonus points if you’ve worked with or sold into Real Estate Agencies, PM teams, or Property Tech before.
