Key responsibilities will include setting up and packing down the BBQ area, serving customers, handling drinks and food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and working collaboratively with a small team.
Responsibilities:
* Setup and dismantle the BBQ area ensuring all equipment is secure and compliant with safety regulations.
* Cook sausages and serve customers with exceptional customer service skills.
* Prepare and serve a variety of drinks and basic food items adhering to high standards of quality and presentation.
* Maintain the area's cleanliness and appearance at all times.
* Work effectively as part of a small team to achieve common goals.
