Do you have experience managing projects across their full lifecycle, from feasibility through to delivery and maintenance?
Working within the Project Services team of Port Stephens Council, you will play an integral role in ensuring progression of current projects on a temporary contract through to December 2025.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with feasibility studies, concept development, and community consultation reviews.
- Supporting the preparation of construction documentation, tender packages and contract administration.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, design standards and construction practices.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to keep projects on track and aligned with agreed timelines.
You will work a 35 hour week, Monday to Friday, based at the Administration Building in Raymond Terrace.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience managing projects across all phases of the lifecycle.
- Strong knowledge of legislation, design standards and construction practices.
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Project Management, Construction, Architecture or a related discipline.
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project.
- CAD skills highly regarded, particularly ArchiCAD.
