About the Role
This full-time permanent position is based at Aquila Mine in Middlemount, QLD. You will work Monday to Friday, with a 9-day fortnight available. Our competitive salary package and annual incentive programs ensure that you will be rewarded for your hard work.

Key Responsibilities
* Coordinating end-to-end processes for targeted training programs.
* Supporting the Training Superintendent in providing sound advice to line managers.
* Creating site Training Needs Analysis and implementing Training Systems.
* Actively coaching and mentoring site trainers and assessors.
* Developing the Training plan and Anglo initiatives to achieve specific business goals.
* Assisting with ensuring crew proficiency levels.
* Maintaining site training compliance.
