Are you a highly motivated professional seeking a challenging role in training coordination? This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Training Coordinator, where you will be responsible for scheduling and delivering training programs, ensuring compliance with corporate policy and legislative requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment or a relevant tertiary degree, experience with Learning Management Systems, and excellent communication and team-building skills. If you are passionate about delivering high-quality training and coaching site trainers and assessors, we encourage you to apply.


About the Role

This full-time permanent position is based at Aquila Mine in Middlemount, QLD. You will work Monday to Friday, with a 9-day fortnight available. Our competitive salary package and annual incentive programs ensure that you will be rewarded for your hard work.

Key Responsibilities

* Coordinating end-to-end processes for targeted training programs.
* Supporting the Training Superintendent in providing sound advice to line managers.
* Creating site Training Needs Analysis and implementing Training Systems.
* Actively coaching and mentoring site trainers and assessors.
* Developing the Training plan and Anglo initiatives to achieve specific business goals.
* Assisting with ensuring crew proficiency levels.
* Maintaining site training compliance.
