About the Company:

The Role:
Highly skilled support workers required to assist 2:1 on a 24:7 based roster. Reliable, professional skilled workers need only apply. Experience in peg feeding, non verbal cues, manual handling, incontinence assistance and bowel care are required. Ability to follopw a structure and work well as a team essential.
Shift times:
6 am - 2pm, 2 pm - 10 pm, 2 pm - 10 pm and inactive sleepover 10 pm - 6 am
Rates
Day - $***** per hour
Afternoon rate - $***** per hour
Night rate- $ ***** per hour
Saturday - $ ***** per hour
Sunday - $ ***** per hour
Duties
Assistance with high care personal cares, incontinence assistance, bowel theraphy
Assistance with domestic tasks
Manual handling such as transfers, hoisting and slide sheets
Administering medication via peg
Assisting with community access + health and rehab appointments
Peg feeding assistance
Skills and experiences: Minimum requirement
Australian Driver Licence
Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged care
Current National Police Clearance within 12 months
Current Blue Card
Current Yellow Card
NDIS Worker Orientation Module
NDIS Support Effective Communication Module
Reliable, proactive and positive attitude
HLTHPS006 assist with medication or willing to obtain
