Responsibilities
* Full responsibility/accountability for safety (SHE), financials (P&L), leadership & culture, sales & marketing, strategy, and operations management.
* Drive sales and revenue and oversee operations across the area.
* Own the business unit, delivering sustainable returns and growing profitably.
* Work closely with commercial, operations, technical, and logistics teams to grow margin and profit.
* Maximise opportunities with clients, foster a collaborative environment and ensure the unit is a truly great place to work.
Qualifications
* Engineering and/or commercial qualifications desirable.
* Demonstrated history of success in pivotal leadership positions—ideally within the concrete, aggregates, or related heavy manufacturing sectors.
* Strong strategic commercial acumen and operational expertise.
* Natural collaborator, passionate team player, and culture builder.
* Strong growth agenda and practical skills in coaching and developing teams.
* Level‐headed, down‐to‐earth, resilient, exemplary ethical conduct, and excellent relationship‐building skills.
Requirements
