Duties
- Integrate Salesforce with other applications and collaboration tools.
- Undertake work in Lightning UI, Communities, Knowledge, Reporting and Dashboards.
- Undertake work with Source Control tools (e.g. Bitbucket, Git Hub) from a Salesforce context.
- Support work with Atlassian Jira, Bitbucket, Illuminated Cloud, Jenkins, and Agile development tool sets.
Qualifications
1. 3 to 4 years experience in Salesforce Development, including Configuration and Customization, in particular: Community Cloud/Experience Cloud / LWC (Lightning Web Component) framework development / Apex Development / CICD and Solution Design
2. Following three Salesforce certifications: Administrator, App Builder, Platform Developer 1 certs
3. Ability to establish a collaborative working culture and environment within the project team, with external delivery teams and stakeholders.
4. Experience building rapport and maintaining stakeholder relationships, communicating confidently, and presenting messages in a clear, concise, and articulate manner to senior stakeholders.
5. Experience working on complex delivery of business requirements in a Salesforce environment, in addition to experience working with UX and Design teams.
6. Comfortable with new ways of thinking about accessibility and enthusiastic about accessible design & development will be highly regarded.
7. Platform Developer 2 certification and advanced administrator certification; experience working on complex delivery of business requirements in a Salesforce setting, in addition to experience working with UX and Design teams.
8. Experience in Vlocity Integration procedures, Integrations using APIs and Auth Providers
9. Experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Health Cloud
