Job Description Be the local face of a leading fuel and lubricant distributor in Central & Western Victoria

At Lowes Petroleum Service, we're looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to take ownership of a diverse territory across Central & Western Victoria. This is an opportunity to join a respected Australian business, build strong customer relationships, and make a genuine impact on regional business growth.
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for managing and growing an established customer portfolio while identifying and securing new business opportunities across the region. With a high level of autonomy and support from a dedicated team, you'll have the freedom to shape your success and drive results.

What you'll be doing
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
* Identifying new business opportunities and growing market share across your territory
* Developing tailored fuel, lubricant and equipment solutions to meet customer needs
* Preparing quotations and proposals for both ad-hoc and contracted customers
* Assisting with tender submissions and major account opportunities
* Managing safety, credit and contractual risk within your customer portfolio
* Collaborating with operational teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes
* Developing and executing territory and account growth plans
* Achieving and exceeding sales volume and margin targets
* Participating in ongoing sales training and professional development programs
About you
You are a commercially minded sales professional who enjoys building trusted relationships and delivering value for customers.
To be successful in this role, you'll ideally have:
* A current C Class Driver's Licence
* A minimum of 5 years' B2B sales experience within the fuel industry or a related sector such as transport, logistics, industrial services or technical sales
* Strong business acumen with the ability to identify opportunities, build pipelines and convert leads into long-term partnerships
* Knowledge of fuel products, lubricants and fuel storage solutions (highly regarded)
* The ability to travel throughout Central & Western Victoria, including regular overnight stays
* Proven experience developing strong working relationships across operational and customer-facing teams
* Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
* Confidence managing budgets, forecasts and performance against key sales targets
