The Opportunity
As our Senior Marketing Coordinator, Strategic Programs, you'll focus on driving our marketing activities, engaging audiences across Non-Executive Director, Chief Financial Officer, and EY Alumni audiences.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the end-to-end planning and delivery of a national portfolio of high-quality events, including marketing, communications, program reporting, venue arrangements, and speaker coordination.
* Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with brand objectives.
* Collaborate with the broader Brand and Client Engagement team and the wider business to identify connectivity opportunities for audiences.
* Coordinate with internal teams for creative development, approvals, and production timelines, while managing program databases and content across multiple platforms.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and support the rollout of campaigns and marketing initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* End-to-end event and project management skills.
* Ability to work successfully both as part of a team and independently.
* Experience working with multiple stakeholders at all levels.
* Proven ability to manage multiple agendas and always meet demanding time frames.
Ideal candidates will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as negotiation skills. Relevant tertiary qualifications or work experience are highly desirable. Experience in professional services or B2B environments is a plus.
