Workplace Injury Prevention and Rehabilitation Solutions
Konekt seeks an Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or Registered Nurse to deliver workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Evaluate treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers with work-related or non-work-related injuries.
* Support clients to identify future employment or training options.
* Take responsibility for effective case management to plan, coordinate and monitor client progress toward their return-to-work goal.
