Job Title: Rto Admin Training Officer
This role involves supporting the development of culturally appropriate learning materials, coordinating logistics and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and guidelines.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in administration, training coordination and purchasing activities. They will also possess advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and effective interpersonal skills.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
* Coordinating training logistics and events
* Providing administrative support for planning, resourcing and approval of training activities
* Undertaking purchasing activities including identifying suppliers, seeking quotes and creating purchase orders
* Maintaining accurate and timely data entry in VETtrak and other operational systems
* Supporting preparation of reports and maintaining key registers

Requirements:
