Senior Training Specialist Role
We are seeking a Senior Training Specialist to support our operations in Australia and New Zealand.
* Key Responsibilities:
o Support human resources administration, including managing employee lifecycle processes.
o Design and deliver retail training programs across various brands.
o Provide ongoing coaching in stores and support managers in building strong teams.
o Maintain accurate records and provide reports on training effectiveness.
* About You:
o Australian employment law knowledge is essential, with New Zealand experience also desirable.
o Experience working with HR systems and recruitment processes.
o Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Word, excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
o Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., HR, Education).
* 3+ years of experience in training and development.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
