What You'll Do
* Answer inbound calls and provide clear, accurate information to members.
* Explain eligibility and processes in line with legislation and policy.
* Deliver excellent customer service and aim for first‐call resolution.
* Maintain high standards of accuracy and compliance in all interactions.
* Work collaboratively with Customer Relations and other internal teams.

What You'll Need To Have
* Contact centre or high‐volume customer service experience.
* Strong verbal, written and listening communication skills.
* Ability to interpret and explain legislation or detailed policies.
* Confidence using multiple systems at once.
* Previous administration experience—ideally in finance, insurance, banking, or similar environments.
