We produce luxury vehicle wraps, advanced paint protection film installations, commercial signage, and 3D fabrication work. We're now seeking a Creative & Brand Manager to amplify growth, elevate our brands, and connect us with the community on a whole new level.
About the Role
This is a hands‑on creative and strategic leadership position responsible for all brand direction, content production, marketing strategy, and community engagement across four businesses.
Key Purpose and Primary KPI of this role
Drive organic growth and generate high‑quality inbound leads for every brand.
You will shape how our brands look, communicate, connect with the community, and dominate their markets.
This role also includes planning and delivering community‑driven events such as:
* Car meets & car shows
* Open nights
* Public activations
* Collaboration events with other brands
* Co‑branded launches and industry partnerships
You will research, approach, and build relationships with groups, clubs, companies, and communities to grow our presence and create meaningful brand experiences.
You will take ownership of brand identity, content creation, digital growth, and community impact for:
* The Wrap Boutique
* LS Wraps
* Distinctive Signs
* 3D Signage Australia
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Production
* Capture high‑quality photography of vehicles, signage, installations, and behind‑the‑scenes workflow
* Film and produce short‑form video content for reels, campaigns, and brand storytelling
* Develop visually strong content that aligns with each brand's premium identity
Brand, Marketing & Digital Strategy
* Build and execute strategic brand plans that elevate each business
* Manage and grow all social media platforms with compelling content
* Maintain and optimise websites and Google Business Profiles
* Plan and execute email campaigns, newsletters, and online promotions
* Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and touchpoints
Community Building & Events (New Section Added)
* Research, identify, and engage with car clubs, local businesses, influencers, and community groups
* Plan and oversee branded events such as meets, open nights, and collaborative shows
* Manage partnerships with other companies for cross‑promotions and co‑hosted events
* Build strong relationships with industry and community stakeholders
* Represent the brands at community events, trade shows, and partner activations
Organic Growth & Lead Generation
* Grow engaged audiences across all digital platforms
* Increase organic reach, brand awareness, and inbound leads
* Use analytics to track performance and refine strategy
* Position each brand as a market leader through consistent, high‑quality marketing output
Collaboration & Leadership
* Work closely with directors and internal teams to align creative and marketing initiatives
* Oversee marketing budgets, campaigns, timelines, and content schedules
* Lead the creative direction of all marketing assets
About You
You're a creative storyteller, brand builder, and community connector. You thrive on capturing visuals, developing strategy, and building relationships that move brands forward.
You'll bring
* 3+ years' experience in a creative, brand, or marketing leadership role
* Strong photography, videography, and editing skills
* Demonstrated ability to grow social platforms and generate organic leads
* Experience creating and delivering digital marketing campaigns
* Confident communication skills for engaging with partners, clubs, and community groups
* Ability to plan and manage events, collaborations, and public activations
* Proficiency with Adobe Suite, Canva, Meta Business Suite, and email marketing tools
* A current driver's licence
Bonus:
* Experience in automotive, design, signage, motorsport, or creative industries
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
